Our new FUSE Diverse Dance team would like to invite you to our first R&D workshop exploring Open Circle. Focussing on rhythm, percussion and connecting through traditional groups patterns and fierce pride. A colourful vibrant group that will begin welcoming people’s cultural movement ideas of Folk and Traditional dances as well as Hip Hop and modern fusions.

Move

Experience short intensives in Flamenco with Mercedes Romero. Follow this with a fusion of Contemporary and Indian dance styles that forms Chhaya Collectives language. End the movement class with a short introduction into Krumping.

Talk

Lets talk about Pride. What does it mean? What are you proud of? What are we
collectively proud of?

Choreograph

As a small group we will work on some creative tasks to mix dance styles and
percussive rhythms together, punctuate, stamp out our presence. Be loud and proud.
