Keys On The Key gigs are suitable for ages 12+
Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
When alcohol is on sale challenge 25 will be in operation.
Photo ID may be requested for anyone our team believes to be under the age of 25.
All tickets are to be purchased online through the barbican theatre website.
There will be a limited number of tickets available for purchase at the door.

How are tickets issued?
All tickets are issued as e-tickets which are sent to the email used at the time of booking. (if they haven't arrived within a few hours or booking please check your junk folder - if they still haven't arrived please email info@barbicantheatre.co.uk with your booking name and reference number) We no longer issue physical tickets. On the day of the show you'll also receive an SMS message with a link to your tickets so please ensure you add a mobile number to your account when you book.
What do I do with my tickets when I arrive at the venue?
You can present your tickets on your smartphone/device or as a print out. If you don't have access to a smart device or a printer you can also give your name / booking ref at the box office and we can check you in that way (which does however take a little bit longer)

The nearest car park is Exchange Street which is directly next to Boston Tea Party and is owned by Plymouth City Council.
Just around the corner from the venue is a privately owned car park on Vauxhall Street
There is also some on street parking near by which is either permit only or pay and display.

Plymouth Train Station
Most bus routes in Plymouth serve Plymouth City Centre, with the majority operating via Royal Parade which is a 5-6 minute walk from Boston Tea Party.
