Fierce is a an evening of dance celebrating the work of female artists, curated by FUSE Diverse Dance and Chhaya Collective. Featuring a rich mix of dance styles from contemporary to a Classical Indian and fusions galore, this delectable menu of colour, life and energy is a treat for the eyes ears and soul. 
Already confirmed are:
  • The stunning Vibha Selvaratnam dancing a classical Indian Bharatanatyam solo
  • Movers & Shakers performing their new work made by Alleyne Dance. A mix of contemporary and West African dance that is beautifully rebellious.
  • A double bill of Chhaya Collective’s brand new duet supported by Barbican Theatre’s Thrive Emerging Artists programme and local dancers performing extracts of the currently touring work Khaos
  • Wild : an intergenerational dance piece made during the Chhaya Residency
  • Open Circle will be there with dancers and dance styles from Flamenco, Classical Indian Street and contemporary that showcases the fierce and confident spirit in all of us.
  • Plus extra female makers showcasing films and live work.
