UK Stand Up Tour

Ahir Shah ‘Dress’

Featuring his signature blend of philosophical inquiry, personal examination, and sweet
gags, Double Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Ahir Shah returns to stand-up with
a new show about significance, insignificance, and scurvy.
Ahir’s last show, Dots, was recorded as a special for HBO Max (albeit after a 14 month delay
brought about by events you may recall). That show was about uncertainty. Ideally,
this tour will end in a way that is less on the nose.
As seen on Mock The Week, Live At the Apollo, Have I Got News For You, and The Mash
Ahir's previous two stand up shows at Barbican Theatre both sold out so book soon to avoid disappointment.
All tickets £13.50 (inclusive of all booking fees and charges)
Please note: seats B5, B6, B7, B8 are accessible access seating suitable for wheelchair users or those with additional access needs.

‘Intricately crafted, profoundly moving, howlingly funny ... a blazing talent firing on all cylinders’

‘Tremendously thoughtful, woundedly candid and self-laceratingly funny’

“It’s a highly personal howl in the dark from this sharpest of operators. Impassioned, probing and unexpectedly moving.”

Tickets are currently only available for collection from 1 hour before performances begin. They are not currently available for collection from the Box Office at any other times and postage is no longer available. Barbican Theatre recommends e-tickets which can be presented at the theatre on the date of your performance using a smart mobile device (or if you prefer can be printed out) E-tickets are more covid safe and are also much greener due to not being needed to be printed or posted.
