Amber Amare is a CINEMATOGRAPHER and SOUND RECORDIST working in the UK. Amber also leads BFI ACADEMY PLYMOUTH which follows her ethos of educating young people from outer city areas in the digital arts and moving image industry. Her own practice explores and develops themes of womanhood and internal reflection. Using mixed media format from super 8 to ceramics and physical installation, she continues to pursue ways that push the parameters of filmmaking. Amber will be leading workshops in movement for camera and screen classes, in collaboration with Charlotte Eaton.
