Calling all young actors and musicians!
Henry Needs You!
Join us for a unique theatrical event deep in Haldon Forest.
Henry is a young Knight sent on a Quest- for Petrol! In the not so distant
future, when our modern machines rust in the fields, King Arthur 2nd sends
his Knights to find the mysterious elixir that will make the old cars move
once more.
Henry will meet many colourful characters on his journey, from bumbling
peasants, to tomboy princesses, power- hungry Emperors to Snooty Knights and
incompetent Riot Police, and we are offering YOU the chance to help us
create them all for this special outdoor theatre event .
The performance is a co-production with the Northcott, and takes place at Haldon Forest between 11th and 17th August.
Each scene has it's own particular place in the forest, and the audience
will literally follow Henry as he scours this strange new world......
The audience and actors will work together to build the set and props from
what others have thrown away, to make this an eco-friendly event.
